Chief of Staff at Clinsight AI, building AI-powered growth infrastructure for clinics. A typical practice runs its growth through six separate agencies and tools: website, SEO, social, ads, Google Business Profile, reviews, follow-up, and booking. None of them can tell you which produced a patient.
The product consolidates those functions into one system: website and local-search visibility, generative-engine optimization, content, ad creative, review generation, AI reception and call handling, automated booking, lead follow-up, and honest attribution reporting.
I own go-to-market and recruiting: speaking with clinic owners directly, converting what they tell me into product requirements, and hiring the people who can build it faster than I could alone. The thesis comes from doing it manually. I scaled more than a hundred clinics one conversation at a time, and this makes that repeatable.
